Video Phones are entering the African market. VoIP-Exports, a subsidiary of  USA-Exports, LLC is exporting video phones and VoIP phones to African countries where broadband internet is widespread.  This service is allowing Africans to place calls to the U.S. for FREE, and place calls to other countries such as China for $0.01 cent per minute.
